Refunds & Returns Policy
At Wild Brumby Co., we take pride in the quality of our jewellery. Each piece is carefully crafted and inspected before being shipped to you.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your jewellery arrives faulty, or is found to be defective through normal use, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the item is returned and inspected, we will provide one of the following:

A refund of the purchase price, OR
-
A store credit to the value of the item.
Because our jewellery is handcrafted and many designs are one-of-a-kind, repairs or exact replacements may not always be possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs initially. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will credit you the cost of return postage and cover the cost of shipping the replacement or refunded item back to you.
