• We ship via Australia Post.

• Standard delivery times are generally 2–8 business days within Australia, depending on your location.

• Express Post is available for faster delivery (usually 1–4 business days within the Express network).

Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary due to factors beyond our control (public holidays, peak seasons, regional or remote areas).

Shipping Costs

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

• You can track your parcel directly on the Australia Post website.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

We are not responsible for delays once an item is in the care of Australia Post. However, if your order appears lost, please contact us at hello@wildbrumbyco.com and we’ll assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
